Let customers do the things they email you about.

A self-serve portal where your customers manage their account, view and pay invoices, open support requests, set up integrations, and choose their notifications — without emailing you. Support scales because the customers do the routine work themselves.

01The idea

Half your support tickets are just customers who can't see their own account.

Look at a week of inbound: “can you send my invoice,” “how do I update my card,” “reset that for me,” “what's my API key,” “change this setting.” Every one is a task the customer would gladly do themselves if a screen existed for it — they email only because you've made them. A portal turns each of those tickets into a click the customer takes in seconds, and hands your team back the hours they were spending on copy-paste replies — for the work that genuinely needs a human.

02The signs

Your inbox is telling you to build this.

Each repeated request has the same answer — a screen the customer can reach themselves.

  • 01

Customers email for things they should see themselves

A self-serve screen for each one — account, invoices, status, settings.

  • 02

The same five questions arrive every week

Build a flow for each, and watch that volume stop reaching a human.

  • 03

You want to scale support without scaling headcount

Deflect the routine asks so the team only handles what truly needs them.

  • 04

Invoices are still sent by hand

Customers view, download, and pay invoices on their own, in sync with billing.

  • 05

Customers can't see what they're paying for

Usage, plan, and charges laid out clearly — no email to explain the bill.

03What we build

Everything a customer used to email you about.

The routine work of being your customer — gathered into one place they can run themselves.

04Account self-management

The account is theirs to run.

Profile details, password, contact email, billing address, team members — the things customers ask you to change for them are exactly the things they should be able to change themselves. We build clear, validated screens for each, with re-authentication on the sensitive ones and a confirmation when something important changes. The 'can you update this for me' email becomes a setting they save in five seconds.

  • Profile, password, and contact details, self-managed
  • Re-auth and confirmation on sensitive changes
  • Team members invited and removed by an admin
  • Every change validated on the server, not the browser

05Billing & invoices, self-serve

They can see — and pay — the bill.

Billing is the single biggest source of 'can you send me…' emails, so it's where a portal pays for itself first. Customers see current and past invoices, download them as PDFs, understand what they're being charged for, update their card, and pay outstanding balances on the spot. We sync it to your billing provider so the portal and your books never disagree, and you stop emailing invoices by hand.

  • View, download, and pay invoices directly
  • Update the payment method without a ticket
  • Charges and usage explained, so the bill makes sense
  • In sync with Stripe or your billing system
06Support requests & status

Fewer tickets, better answers.

The portal answers the routine questions before they ever become tickets — with the customer's own data, a searchable help library, and clear status on anything in progress. When a real issue does need a person, the customer opens a request in context, sees where it stands, and gets the reply in the same place. Your team handles less volume and gives each remaining ticket the attention it deserves.

  • Self-serve answers from the customer's own account
  • Open a request and track its status in one place
  • Help content that deflects before a ticket is filed
  • The team's time spent where a human actually helps

07Integrations & API key management

Developers set themselves up.

Technical customers shouldn't have to email you to get connected. In the portal they generate, name, rotate, and revoke their own API keys, see usage against each one, and connect or disconnect integrations and webhooks themselves. Keys are shown once and stored hashed, scopes are explicit, and every key action is logged — so handing customers this control speeds them up without costing you security.

  • Self-serve API keys: create, name, rotate, revoke
  • Keys shown once, stored hashed, scoped explicitly
  • Connect and manage integrations and webhooks
  • Every key and integration action logged
08Self-serve, done right

A portal so good customers prefer it to emailing you.

Fast, clear, and obvious — when the screen is genuinely quicker than writing an email, customers reach for it first, and the tickets simply stop arriving.

09How we work

We build against your actual ticket volume.

01

Map the top questions

We read your real ticket and inbox data to find the handful of requests that make up most of your support volume — the ones worth deflecting first.

02

Design the self-serve flows

For each of those questions we design the screen and steps a customer would take to answer it themselves — clear, fast, and obviously quicker than an email.

03

Build the portal

Account management, billing and payments, support, and integrations — the self-serve surfaces your customers will actually use day to day.

04

Connect to your systems

We wire the portal to your billing, your auth, and your product, so changes a customer makes take effect immediately and nothing is double-entered.

05

Launch & measure deflection

We roll it out, then track how many tickets each flow removes — and build the next flow against the volume that's still reaching a human.

10Right when

Support has become the cost of adding customers.

  • Customers email for things they should see themselves

Invoices, account details, status, settings — if a customer has to email to see them, that's a self-serve screen waiting to be built.

  • The same five questions arrive every week

When most of your support is the same handful of asks, each one is a flow you build once and never answer by hand again.

  • You want to grow without growing the support team

Adding customers shouldn't mean adding headcount. A portal lets the customers do the routine work, so the team scales with the hard cases, not the easy ones.

12Questions

The things teams ask us first.

It's the opposite, for the things customers want to do alone. Nobody enjoys emailing you to ask for a copy of last month's invoice and then waiting a day for it — they'd rather click a link and have it now. A portal handles the routine, repetitive asks instantly, which frees your team to be genuinely helpful on the things that actually need a person. Customers feel more in control, not less cared for, and your support staff stop spending their week on copy-paste replies.

Stop answering the same five emails.

Send us a week of your support inbox — the invoices, the resets, the “how do I” questions. We'll show you which ones become self-serve clicks, and build a customer portal that lets you add customers without adding the team to answer them.

ReimeiTech builds customer-facing self-serve portals — account management, billing and invoice self-serve, support requests, integrations and API key management, notification preferences, and usage history — so your customers do the routine work themselves and support scales without headcount.
